Main Course
Special Bhoona Chicken Tikka
Prepared by grinding various spices in the
right ratio giving you a medium strength taste, delicately spiced,
beautifully rich with a touch of fresh ginger and garlic. With
a sprinkling of fresh coriander.
Chicken Balti
Authentic dish cooked in a pot called a Balti
(bucket) with flavours of the East.
Chicken Achari
Quite an exotic dish, various spices herbs
and pickles are mixed with fresh ginger and garlic to give you
a spicy dish.
Chicken Tikka Masala
A very distinctive flavour is achieved by cooking
Chicken Tikka in a Tandoor. Then cooked in a marinated Masala
sauce with fresh coriander, fresh cream and a touch of coconut
cream.
Chicken Karahi
A very rich flavour is obtained by using a
special method of cooking (Karahi cooking) with fresh ginger
and garlic and a liberal use of fresh coriander.
Chicken Nantara
Cooked in special Massullam sauce on a slow
heat to retain all the natural flavours (medium strength).
Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi
Tender pieces of chicken tikka cooked in a
Bhoona sauce with fresh ginger, garlic and fresh coriander with
delicately spiced onions and green peppers (medium dish).
Chicken Korma or Chicken Tikka Korma
Mild dish, ideal for beginners, mild and creamy
creating the perfect harmony.
Chicken Tikka Chasni
Selected pieces of chicken tikka cooked in
creamy sweet and tangy sauce with a touch of fresh coriander
and creamed coconut.
All of the above dishes can also be prepared with Lamb or Vegetables
and can be served with one of the following:
- Boiled Rice, Fried Rice, Nan Bread or 2 Chappatties.
